Howard Witkin, managing partner of Witkin Properties, has been in the development and building industry since 1956 when he became the first employee for his brother and father in Witkin Homes, which later was one of the founding building companies of U.S. Homes. Since that time Mr. Witkin has been instrumental in the development and building of homes in a number of communities in the Denver area including Lone Tree, Castle Pines, Allendale Heights, Lake Arbor, Cherry Creek, The Pinery, and Buell Mansion just to name a few.
Working together, as a design-build team, the Witkin Family handles each project from its inception, through construction , to its final completion. In 2012 and 2013 Mr. Witkin and his family acquired ground in the 5 Points area of Denver where they built, completed and sold 15 Row Homes. In 2017, they closed on 28 new townhomes in the Art District on Santa Fe, The Art District Rowhomes on 9th and Kalamath.
As a very detailed oriented, construction savvy Architecture firm, Tennant ArKitecture combines 30 years of experience on great looking residential, commercial, hospitality, higher education and industrial projects.

Molly Weiss is a 4th generation Denver native, with family roots in the hospitality business. Molly began working in real estate in 2012 as a licensed assistant to veteran real estate professional Jan Nelsen. With the mentorship from Jan, Molly quickly learned the ins and outs of real estate. In addition to assisting with buyers and sellers, Molly has worked in the development of new construction from start to finish, marketing over 80 townhomes. Molly takes pride in assisting clients and customers in successfully navigating the real estate market and reaching their individual goals. Molly believes in educating her clients on the process of buying in this area – whether first time buyers or seasoned veterans.
