Phase 1 is under construction, under contract with units closing Summer 2021.
Phase 2 will break ground Summer 2021- 10 out of 15 units are under contract- more units to be released at the end of 2021.
The BridgeCreek Townhomes development is a wonderful new community coming to the well-located site at Yosemite Street and Hampden Avenue on the northwest corner. There will be a total of 50 townhomes built; completion should be complete by the end of 2021. This location is in the Hampden South neighborhood in Denver. Nearby parks include Golden Key Park, Kennedy Soccer Complex and Hutchinson Park. Two light rail stations are very close (Dayton and Southmoor). The Denver Tech Center is 1 mile away with a car ride of less than 8 minutes.
