Paul DelRossi's vision for BridgeCreek originated in his desire to focus on the revitalization of the core of the Sheridan community by combining traditional neighborhood design with new urbanism. The BridgeCreek plan emerged after a year of extensive research and on site visits to similar projects in cities and towns  of the mountain west. These visits were followed by a series of  Sheridan based focus groups to detail lifestyles and features most desired in a home.

Paul has been a resident of Sheridan since 1995. He has been actively involved in community organizations including as a Director of Forward Sheridan and the Chairman of the Hand in Hand Early Childhood Education Center.

Realtor : Marie Lowe

Marie Lowe moved to Sheridan in 1996 after selling a successful real estate firm near Jackson, Wyoming.  She joined the BridgeCreek team in the early planning stages and now lives in the BridgeCreek model home.  Marie has a particular passion for high performance and green construction as well as downtown development. “What I like most is the quiet with no street traffic near my home. Yet, I can walk to work and downtown. It’s a perfect combination!”.  Marie is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Wyoming with ERA Carroll Realty Company.
